One shared set of passwords for your team, set up and looked after for you
InspirePass saves your logins as you use them, fills them in, creates strong new passwords, and lets your team share the logins they all need, such as carrier and vendor portals. Inspire Technology Solutions sets it up, moves you over from your old password manager, and supports you after.
What it does
Saves and fills logins
Works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Log in once and InspirePass offers to save it; next time it fills it in.
Shares with your team
Put shared logins in a folder and give colleagues access. When one person changes a password, everyone sees the update.
Creates strong passwords
When a site asks for a new password, InspirePass generates a long random one and saves it, so nobody has to invent or remember it.
How we run it for you
- Setup and migration. We set up your accounts and move your passwords over from LastPass or a browser's saved passwords.
- Nightly encrypted backups. Your vault is backed up every night, encrypted, and restores are tested.
- Sign-up by invitation. Only addresses at your company's email domain can create an account, and only while we have sign-up open for you.
- Support from a person. Questions go to the Inspire Technology Solutions team that set you up.
Security
Encrypted on your computer
Your passwords are encrypted on your own device with your master password before they are stored. They are never stored in readable form.
We can't read your passwords
Your master password never leaves your device, so neither we nor our hosting providers can open your vault. That is also why nobody can reset a forgotten master password.
Open-source foundation
InspirePass is built on Psono, an open-source password manager whose code anyone can inspect.
Privacy
InspirePass is operated by Inspire Technology Solutions for its clients. In short:
- We store your username, your email address and your encrypted vault. Your saved passwords stay encrypted with your master password, which we never receive.
- We use your email address only for account messages, such as activation. They are sent through our email provider, Resend.
- There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics on this site or in the vault.
- We don't sell or share your information. If your company stops using InspirePass, we delete its accounts and backups on request.
